General Policy
- The 2-hour month pass must be used within one month from the date of purchase.
- Unused hours are non-refundable and cannot be rolled over to another package.
- All private lessons follow a 48-hour cancellation policy. Lessons canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the scheduled time are not refundable.
Auto-Renew Rules
- The auto-renew option requires a commitment of a minimum of one renewal upon joining (two months total).
- After completing the first two billing cycles, members may cancel their membership at any time by sending an email to info@brooklyndancelessons.com no later than 15 days before the end of their current billing cycle.

What’s the Wildcard?
The Wildcard is an optional add-on available when purchasing a private lessons package.
Important Notes
- The Wildcard is charged only once, even if your Month Pass auto-renews.
- You’ll receive one Wildcard per purchase, not per renewal.
- It must be used within 30 days after your last lesson from that Month Pass, or from the last Month Pass renewal if purchased with an auto-renewal plan.
- Unused Wildcards don’t roll over or renew automatically.
